I'm pretty sure its just pitting us against each other like an NCAA style bracket and voting/determining who has a better system, and that system moves on.

I dont really know what it is, but it sounds like a good idea...

Random drawing to fill out a bracket... NCAA style winner moves on, until a champ is crowned. With some kind of rating system for the prospect in each slot.
