This list would look a lot better if I hadn't mistakenly dropped Carlos Santana because I thought his hot start was a Cal League fluke and he was levelling off. That was my worst prospect decision since dropping Francisco Liriano when he had shoulder discomfort in the Sally League back in 2002.
