Guys available for contenders and the "there's always next year" crowd:

Shin-Soo Choo: 21 HR 60 RBI .283/.394/.479 All-Star

Jhoulys Chacin: 28 GS 157 IP 129K 59BB 3.61 ERA 2.3 fWAR (2.3 last year, 1.7 the year before)

Justin Wilson: 3.05 ERA 78K in 56 IP projection 140 ERA+. Hasn't lived up to the projection for me. Would swap for close-projected lefty.

Jeff Samardzija: Reclamation project. Strong 2017 and injured 2018. Projected for 2.4 wins, in the same ballpark as Corbin, Eduardo Rodriguez and Michael Wacha. Assuming he can be a solid #4/5 next year with an offseason of rest/rehab. Only 33.

Jose Miranda: Nice little 2018 for the 20-year-old 2B/3B now in A+ .264/.319/.419 15 HR 80 RBI over two levels. Only 59 K in 125 G (31 BB)

Others could be had, too. Just a short list of players who might be desirable to different parties. Also still have my two MVP 1B in Freeman/Goldy I could deal in the right scenario. Still hasn't presented itself, but there's still a couple days until the deadline. PM or Hangouts works.
