Team Slipstream, a new US Cycling team, is founded around racing a clean, ethical race. They do biweekly testing not only for drugs, but also to establish baseline levels to make it easier to spot an aberration which would indicate drug use.
Hats off to them for setting a new standard in cycling!

Not sure if you read the article or not, it's not just about testing, they're not really doing anything new in that regard aside from the baseline stuff. What makes Slipstream cool, and special, is the attitude they're taking and the concept that they can attract sponsors and make money off being an uberclean team as much as they could if they only pursued wins. Sponsorship money is driven by exposure, Slipstream is taking a different approach to getting that exposure. You can bet that they'll be one of the most talked about teams at this year's Tour... and they might not even be racing it!
