Start of timing on draft

This is a vote to determine when the draft should start being timed. If I missed any options, please let me know. 5 votes for one option needed to overturn January 4th.

I'm pro this, but let's just be aware that its now been 4 days since there was a draft pick. Obviously there's a holiday, but we can't keep having 4 day intervals between picks.
