Bye bye Benson

Post by Padres »

After attempting to rehab his partially torn rotator cuff, Kris Benson has decided to undergo season-ending shoulder surgery.

"Kris had tried everything to avoid this day," agent Gregg Clifton said. "However, despite his best efforts, the consensus among doctors and training staff is that surgery is the best alternative to allow him to perform at the level that he is accustomed to performing at." Steve Trachsel has already been signed to replace Benson in the Orioles' rotation and the team had reportedly been assuming that he'd miss the season for the past three weeks.

Looks like a few injured playes have managed to get in the SIM already. Mr. Benson appears to be the latest pitching in yesterday's games.

You have not sent a roster in. Email your roster to rosters@ibcleague.com

So ibcroster@gmail.com doesn't work?

Well, that explains a lot then.

Wonder why that was pre-loaded as the place to send rosters for me.
