Database Corrections

We're going to use the database that JP was good enough to go through and sign all the players for.
Some mistakes are to be expected when going through 1500 roster spots, if you have a correction that needs to be made, please post it here and I will correct it.

First example, Carlos Lee was left off Boston's roster.
