Comments: With Kinsler ready to take over at 2B, the Fish had the luxury of moving an All-Star caliber 2B like Kent for an emerging young catcher in Soto. Soto took a huge leap forward statistically last season at AAA, earning PCL MVP honors, and continuing his torrid offensive pace in a limited stint with the Cubs. A solid defensive receiver, if his power surge proves more than a one-year spike, Soto could emerge as one of the better young catchers in the game.
