Jay has thoracic outlet syndrome. Shouldn't be pitching in the IBC.

Jay is really helping him that one game to lose all those others.

Looks like Tyler Jay has been activated and is pitching for the Rangers again. Still hasn't been activated by the MLB Twins.

So you're challenging the fact that he is pitching in GCL rather than AA?

So JP has ruled that this is a violation so I will have to fix it. Remembering this precedent.

His MILB profile lists him as "rehab assignment" as opposed to "active." We've always said players on rehab assignments aren't active until they're "active."

Rehab doesn't count as being active or else Adrian Gonzalez would've been my starting 1st baseman for the last 2 weeks

Minor league "rehab" should be considered differently from major league rehab. It doesn't matter what level of the minors someone is playing at if they are playing in games. Tyler Jay is not on the Twins' 40-man roster.

That said, I'm not looking to argue this as the decision has already been made and I have made roster moves and sent in a new lineup accordingly.
