Z says he picked the wrong Chris Shaw because he didn't realize there were two with the same name in the draft, and he'd like to change his pick.
I'm not inclined to allow it, but he asked me to open a thread. If he took the time to do about a half second more research and scroll or read the draft page, then this wouldn't have happened.

I would be okay if we let him change it after 150 picks and before the "extra" rounds ... I personally do not believe he would even know he picked the wrong Shaw if another GM (I believe it was JT) had not pointed out it out to him. He would eventually discovered it and cut the guy and replaced with another player - a 14 or 15 if his roster make-up demanded.
I would also be okay if we just said no and he drops the guy and drafts a replacement in the extra round.
The first proposal simply guarantees him pick 151 ... otherwise he could do it at 153 (I think) by simply asking for an extra pick and then dropping his Shaw.
I do not believe we should let him change it a day later ... Steve and Pat both "owned up" to their mistakes immediately.

I don't really see any benefit to 151 vs just having him use his natural 153. That way we're not establishing precedent for someone who might be pick 27 instead of 3. Ultimately guys need to be responsible for who they are picking. The only reason I was okay with Pat and Steve were that they immediately posted the mistake.
