Congratulations to Aaron

The place to come to talk about all things IBC related. Or not IBC related. Just keep it reasonably respectful.

Congrats! Aaron! Its good to see an original GM get a banner on the front page. Six seasons, six different banners............parity is alive and well.

However, what the fuck is up with the AL?? Win three in a row and then give three up to the NL!

Damn, its time the AL stepped up next season.

Congrats Aaron.

This is really weird how recent IBC franchises who have won WS mirror MLB. LAA, Boston, NYY, Fla, SL. Just need Degen to win it.

A job well done by both GMs.

Congrats Aaron for taking it all - and I am happy to see there is no asterisk as well.

I know this is probably a stretch, but utilizing paypal and everyone "donating" $10 at the beginning of the season could be a good incentive for a World Series win.

And I think we should retroactivly do it for this year too lol.

Thanks guys, I still can't really believe it. I mean, I won the World Series with Julio Franco starting at first, Aurillia at third and Brian Horwitz in left. I had a fantastic run of luck because whoever I signed and plugged in contributed, Franco had over 200 at bats, Matt Kata actually hit, I'm stunned. So Gabe, are we gonna go through with our "Win back to back IBC WS, get matching tattoos next time you're up here" pact?

WOO! Congrats man. You deserved it, you've been one of the best in the league for years and years.

Now, it's your turn, JP. No pressure. We're only gonna make fun of you mercilessly if you blow it.

That would amount to a charge for participating in the league, something which I personally, as one member of the exco, would never, Ever, endorse.

Im not talking about charging people, but if others feel they would like to have an extra incentive for winning then this would be an option. Im just trying to spice it up a little.

well deserved & long overdue. NLC RAWKS BABY!! Congrats aaron, best team wins the WS outright just the way it ought to be. This is the 2nd time I've won 104 games & have nothin to show for it. I hate short 5 game series... any team can get lucky & catch lightening in a bottle.

I'm at a crossroads..

do I keep my squad together or dismantle a 104 W machine..?

REDS IN 2008 BABY!!!
