The Tigers have a bit of surplus on the offensive side of the house available this offseason and I'd be OK discussing any potential deals before the end of the season.
Brandon Crawford: Per fangraphs and b-r, the highest WAR shortstop, despite a couple of late-season nagging injuries that have kept him out and hampered his offensive production. He's 28 and plays the position about as well as any other shortstop in the league (minus Simmons). In 127 games, he's got 19 home runs and 77 RBI, both of which also leads all shortstops. His BABIP remains consistently right at or below .300, which shows that while he's sacrificed some walks for power, he's maintained his K rate. The only reason I would consider moving a not-yet-to-his-peak 4-5 win shortstop is because I have another who is hitting .400.
Albert Pujols/Hanley Ramirez: It's looking like Albert will be my DH next season. However, the transformation of Hanley from SS to 3B to LF to 1B leads me to having a bit of a logjam. Hanley could end up being a great backup/pinch hitter, but that seems to be a bit of a luxury. He's been horrendous in 2015; there's no sugar-coating that. But that doesn't mean he's worthless, especially in Zipsland, which liked him a lot this year. So, if the offer is right for Hanley, I'll move him.
As for Albert, WAR isn't the greatest measure because his D, even at 1B, is fairly mediocre. He does, however, have 35 home runs on the season, second best among all 1B. The batting average has dipped quite a bit in the second half, but he still doesn't strikeout much. One could go.
Billy Burns: I watched Burns kill spring training pitching and thought he might be a guy worth snagging, so I did when he became available. The speed was always there; it was a matter of whether the bat was. Turns out, it is. He's put together a fantastic rookie campaign, approaching 2 wins as the Athletics' leadoff hitter all year. He's hit .300 all year, adding a few home runs and has stolen nearly 30 bases, turning in a solid rookie campaign that has gotten overshadowed by Correa and Lindor. Because I have Pollock, I can move Burns.
Needs? If it exists, I would like to improve my catcher situation, where I have Yan Gomes coming off an injury-filled season, AJ Ellis and Christian Vazquez coming off surgery. Between the three, I can put together a solid enough situation, but if there's something better, I'm interested.
Otherwise, upgrading my rotation (quality, not quantity) would be preferred. I'm looking at Lester, Miller, Wood, Teheran, Hendricks (Cobb/Roark). If there's a #2 upgrade, I'm listening. Third: prospects/picks.
PM or gchat is fine.

Crawford and Hanley now dealt, along with Miller, Teheran, Zimmer, Gregorious and Hendricks.
I'd like to upgrade my draft a little. I recognize it's a weak draft, but I still enjoy prepping for it. I currently have the first pick in the 2nd and 3rd rounds and several fifth rounders. Would be interested in upgrades.
I still have a few additional bats I could trade. Always willing to get creative. Let me know.
