Final GM vacancy
Per jag's request I spoke with Jason Gudim who he has previously rec'ed for this league. He said he would be interested in taking over the final roster- sent it to him - but said he would be strapped for time a little bit in January or February. Said he would be active though.
BP had reservations about him last time but I think changed his tune on him since. I don't really know much about him. I just want somebody that would be motivated.

He is a solid GM, has a playoff team in LWNN and has done fine in BCML from what I can tell.
My reservation involved two things. One was that he partially built his team in LWNN on taking advantage of guys, pressure tactics, stuff like that. The other was that he seems to have a hard time getting along with some guys in that league, and I think he had a falling out in BCML which resulted in him leaving (he's back now). And I guess a slight concern was the fact that he's in every sim league that I'm personally aware of, so he could be spread a little thin. But he seems to do well in each of them.
Giving it more thought, the first concern was probably the biggest, and I just really don't think that that plays too much of a role in this league. I may be overstating our strength, but the number of guys who can be taken advantage of has really dwindled. And the second concern has probably been overtaken by the desire for us to add another solid GM, and I'm pretty confident that he'd be solid.
So I wouldn't call it a ringing endorsement, just based on some conflicts I've observed, but I'm familiar with him and can vouch for his record. And Jagger feels strongly that he'd be a good addition.
I'd also add that he's been very friendly to me in our personal encounters and that none of that stuff applies to any dealings I've had with him. I'm fine with him personally.

I have had experience with Jason in a few leagues as well. I have found him to be knowledgeable and very active - and yes, a tad aggressive. Not aggressive in a negative sense ...
I also know he is Comish in a first year league (nearing completion of the first year) so he has had to put up with some shit which has likely humbled him ...
Don't know him well but I like him, believe he is honest and will be an active and interested GM ... I'm on-board.
