Nice compilation.

I'd suggest that the top tens are about all that matter when it comes to those leagues.

Perhaps that's true if the goal is to highlight those players most likely to succeed at the higher levels, however this is simply a compilation of BA prospect data. Interpret it as you will.

78 of 119 players were either unowned or ineligible to be owned in the IBC. Oscar Tejeda made the list twice.

Well, I certainly don't want to come off as nitpicking the effort of compiling all of that. I think that it's cool to look at.

Probably obvious, by my thought in suggesting that the top ten are the only part that have much significance is that those are indicative of who has some nice assets in the short season leagues. A lot of the guys in the teens aren't even likely worthy of spots on our nondraft rosters, especially in the smaller leagues.

Most likely true. The Short Season/Rookie list will probably have the most turnover as many of the owned older players get dropped for the higher ceiling 2007 IBC draft eligible prospects that played in the leagues. The majority of the kept guys will probably be young Latin players and players who dominated and got promoted in-season.
