Gabe told me he'll make his cuts sometime in the next 5 days. He's putting himself under a roster freeze until then -- won't discuss trades or sign anybody...he's in the process of moving or settling down somewhere else and doesn't have time to sit down and look who to cut. I figure until the start of next week is fair.
I'll take a look at other rosters and send out PMs to ensure everybody is legal throughout the next day. Indians needs to get legal, but I think everybody else might be in the clear?
