He sold the future and is going to end up under .500. I don't see the consistency if we're going to boot guys like Dave and Dan Gendell. I've had multiple GMs whine to me about some of the deals this year, and he's had at least two deals vetoed. He is a nice guy, but Dave and Dan were nice too. As an ExCo member, I don't care if we have 30 nice GMs. Of course I want everybody to get along, but I don't want a handful of GMs consistently ruining league balance, which is what happens with guys like Dan, Dave, Kelly.

These are the hard calls that I don't like to make, and I'm glad that there's six of us and not just me to talk this out.
