My 3 Pitchers

Post by Yankees »

Well last night I had 2 pitchers throw 18 innings and allow 1 baserunner, while fanning 26.

If we take this over the last 2 nights, including Clay Buchholz, we had a 0.36 era, a 0.32 whip, and 35 k's in 25 ip's.

This was Buchholz' 4th straight strong start, and Cain and Dickey have arguably been the 2 best pitchers in the NL this year.

Not bad RA Dickey, not bad...

Over his past six starts, Dickey is 6-0 with a 0.18 ERA (one earned run in 48 2/3 innings), 63 strikeouts, five walks and a .131 average allowed.

That trade we made was such a boom for you, getting RA Dickey and Mark Trumbo for the low cost of Jed Lowrie...what did you get in return when you traded Trumbo to Andrew though?
