Minor league injuries

I think we need to revamp rules for minor league injuries (and frankly I'm wondering what they are). I know JP disabled Bailey when he went on the minor league DL, but according to the rules link, minor league injuries are largely unapproached. I'm wondering whether JP did this out of good nature or if he was under obligation by rule.

There is an obligation to do so, it's not covered specificially in the rules becasue the rules as they're written apply to minorleaguers as well.

[Giants]

The enforcement standard is lower due to less available information about players, but they do apply. Perhaps an announcement clarifying that is in order.
