Whither Bren?

Post by Royals »

With Bren disappearing at what point should one of us take it upon ourselves to sim? Obviously he's not going to be able to do it every day but at the same time it's been 5 days. What do we think?

I think we don't have the database Bren's been using so we can't really do anything.

I think that especially if we are going to try this daily DL thing then we should have a contingency plan in case the regular simmer has to be away for more than a couple of days because (as Ken pointed out to me earlier today) catching up is much more complicated if four days have to be simmed and a guy goes on the DL in the middle so that he would be eligible for the first two games but not the second two kind of thing.

Actually, it wasn't really a problem catching up. People were pretty good about labelling when their rosters were for and the Daily DL's were pretty straightforward (and short)
