If a vote is decided, I.E. voting out Washngton, an announcement ought to be made as soon as possible so the appropriate action, i.e. loking for a replacement, can be taken as soon as possible. Something like deciding not to remove a Gm doesn't need an announcement, but removing Washington sure does.

Yea agreed, I know it's my fault. Will get on that, though I can't really send out emails to the league from here.
