Is there any doubt? Getting caught cheating was the best thing that ever happened to A-Rod. EVER. Is this even the same guy? Was there any doubt he was going to hit a HR as soon as he stepped to the plate with Tex on base.
It's exactly what I said was going to happen to my roomie at the end of the 8th. Tex gets on board, A-Rod hits it out.
It's like he's been replaced by a twin who is just as good at baseball, but not a little bitch.

Probably the worst call in the history of playoff baseball. Wasn't it amazing?

How the fuck do you miss that? I mean missing a play at the plate or a third strike, understandable, it happens quite a bit. But missing a baseball that was 2 feet fair down the line? Come on man.

I am beyond pissed off at this point. My boyfriend looked at me and, not knowing baseball, did not comprehend the absolute bullshit of that call.

Did anyone miss the reply by the Twins saying his boyfriend didn't understand the bullshit call?

Yessir, she is. But not as terrifying as the baserunning by the "fundamentally sound" Twins this series. F*ing horrendous.

To be truthful, how was Nick Punto supposed to think Jeter was going to get to a ball his to his left?

He could have at the very least glanced at his third base coach
