I'm not a fan of ESPN and avoid it whenever possible (sick of the talking heads exclaiming the obvious, rehashing the same stories over and over and taking themselves way too seriously). But the second article in particular would have pushed me even further from the network if it was possible.

Me and JP were just talking the other night about the dominance of ESPN. The only way we can see anybody compete is if Fox launches a national sports network, along with keeping their regional stations. So many people hate ESPN, but have no other options. I know anymore, unless the Cardinals are on, or if in the fall and winter, the Vols or Indiana is on, I never turn ESPN on. If there was another option it'd be great. I was hoping Versus could make some headway, but not everybody gets it and it still only has a handful of college football games and the NHL
