Willing to deal Lars for a similar young player at a different position. Such as: C, 2b, SS, CF, SPs

A poor performance by Lars at AA this season makes it not surprising. You'll either have to wait it out or lower your asking price if you really want to move him. I'm probably your best bet as far as someone willing to overpay for a Sox player, and I'm pretty set at 1b.

The Atlanta front office won't accept trade inquiries from Florida, as I had the gall to offer the likes of Wilmer Flores, J.P. Arencibia, Chris Coghlan, et al in a deal for established MLB veterans. The horror.

So there's another Red Sox fan not making an offer.

Well lets just say theres a short list of teams that I'd rather not waste my time with and you 2 might be on it.

Yeah, it's clear your time could be better spent re-doing your signature w/ a picture of Milledge in his AAA uni, or maybe looking up where the "crap" included ranks in the top 100 prospects before publicly posting someone's terrible trade offer.

I can't speak to Dan's situation, but if you expect Sox fans to overpay, you're gonna have to wait until Lars' bat arrives from wherever he hid it over the winter. And you're gonna have to bear in mind that a slugging catcher is worth more than a slugging 1b.
