I'm putting super-sub/sparkplug Chone Figgins and Carlos Silva (rebounded nicely after a messy 2006) on the block. Not looking for a blockbuster, just a useful exchange, preferably a package to upgrade/youthen one of my position players. Others are available as well, but those two in particular.

BTW, I'm looking to package Figgins with Tracy for a 3b, Crisp for a CFer or possibly Helton or Young for an upgrade at their respective positions.
An Upgrade on one of my SP would be grand, but I'm not holding my breath.
