Apparently I missed Oliver in the database and nobody seemed to notice in the database corrections thread. viewtopic.php?t=2235&highlight=

So, what we will do is send Oliver back to Philly where he belongs. Nils' next player on his list was Matos, but I had taken him at 2, so he doesn't get him. The next player on his list was Quezada so Andrew will lose him, and get Brocail in the first round and nobody in the second round and have the waiver order switched around.

And everything has been adjusted. Quezada still needs to be added by Shawn, but Oliver was dropped by Sf, added to Phi, Minnesota put after STL in the waivers as it would have been if he never made a second round pick, which he now didn't since Brocail becomes his first.
