Stats now integrated in OOPSS

The stats site is now integrated, through the same link as normal. All pages should link correctly and be displayed in the phpbb framework. If they are not, let me know.

I have also added a nifty little 'Quick Reply' button next to Post Reply which allows you to post without loading 2 pages (especially good for when the site is running slow).
