OOPSS Overhaul Part II - GM Join Dates

Hey guys, for another feature I'm working on in the overhaul I've been working on determining the date everyone joined the league. Below are what I currently have, if you think a date is incorrect, reply with the correct date.

A couple of notes:
If you were in the league for the first game, original draft or before, your date is the date of the first league game (April 1, 2002).
Also, Dave, since you were absent for over a year I decided to go with your second starting date.
