I was doing some digging on the current Japanese free agent crop and came across updates on our old friend Hiram Bocachica (who sadly is re-upping in Japan for another year). It was an injury plagued year for Bocachica, who only appeared in 78 games and was actually farmed out at one point (dropped for readjustment is how they call it there), but he put up a .251/.344/.556 line with 20 home runs and 47 RBI, and he hit the game winning home run in the 7th game of the Japan Series. That's exciting, sort of, kinda like winning your division with him as your MVP is exciting, sort of.
