Tigers, Nationals
Ben went AWOL in June/July, and hasn't logged into the site since. I sent him a message on Facebook this past week. He read it but hasn't replied.
Ian hasn't logged in since May and hasn't responded to any communication since, either. I haven't heard from him in months, either.
What do we want to do with them? What sort of leash should we give? If we bring in new owners, I'd like for them to have a longer part of the offseason to determine what to do with their teams.

Re: Tigers, Nationals
Ian kinda went south after he got mad about the mixup with that Rays OF who was created with a misspelling. It seems that angered him. I sent him messages and they were never read.
Ben I try to keep tabs on, but it seems he is overwhelmed during the school year (most of the year) and has been pretty unengaged during the summer. I tried getting him active and he never was.
My position is both can go, if we can line up solid owners to replace them. I like them both, but we need more activity, not less, as the league's owners get older.

Don't really have an opinion but the fact that they aren't getting back with you isn't encouraging.
Re: Tigers, Nationals
Do we have a lead on any potential new GMs? Also, with 2 teams available do we let the two new GMs mini draft?

Re: Tigers, Nationals
I haven't heard from anyone. I think it's time to move on from both of them, unfortunately.
That would make a couple of openings for relocation. I know Nils has been pinging Jake about leaving Miami. I'm against a minidraft because I don't think either roster is super strong and it's fine to deal with the hand you're dealt with both these teams.
Detroit
Washington
I'll get a post up today regarding looking for new GMs, and gauge interest for relocated to either of the vacancies.

Matt has requested to move to Detroit from Tampa. I see no reason not to allow.

Jake Levine will take over Miami.
Assuming Kratky is approved to move to Detroit, that leaves Tampa Bay (Ben's roster) and Washington (Ian's roster) as open.

Ok. Spoke with Pat who is also fine with Larry to Tampa.
Mark D. (yes, he's been mostly a ghost so far but he's around) is a Royals fan and wants to move from SFG to KC. Again, I see no problem with this.

Aaand the next (and probably last?) domino to fall is that Ty wants to take over SFG. He's a Giants fan. No issue here either. Lots of movement but with a handful of new guys I don't really have any issue with any of these moves. Nothing is upsetting divisional parity.

Agreed. Esp if Mark is a KC fan as well. Good all around.
