After the Braun trade, I've got a case of the trading bug, so it's time to put some names out there as the O's keep attempting to rebuild:
I'm still looking to move Gil Meche & Hong-Chih Kuo, preferably as a package. I'm not looking for specific positions here, so I'll consider any offer that makes my team better for next year and beyond.
I will consider offers for Ryan Bruan, but he obviously isn't going to come cheap. He's not going anywhere without bringing me SP, and good SP at that.
Carlos Marmol could be available for the right price. I'd like to package him with someone for an upgrade at SP, but SP is not a prerequisite in his case. Take into account that he's rated as a SP this season.
I've had a few inquiries on James Loney recently, and although he's one of my favorite players (just ask JP), it might be time to move him. SP would be the priority in this case as well.
SP is definitely the theme here, but I do need to consider addressing holes at 2B, SS, OF, and in my bullpen. I'm looking to upgrade, so my preference is to package one or more players with one of these guys for a player I can build a rotation/lineup around.
As always, if someone is not listed here, don't be afraid to ask about them.
