The 2020 HR Pool is live
Hey guys, just wanted to let you know the 2020 version of the HR Pool is live at https://thehomerunpool.wordpress.com/. This year's sheets have a built-in drop down list for lists A-D, so it's easy to fill out. Entries are $25 each and the deadline is noon March 26, 2020. Mailed in entries must be postmarked by March 26, 2020. The IBC has been well-represented in the past, with Brett Degen cashing last year and Jim Berger winning it all in 2018. Jake Levine also has won in the past. Please consider an entry and circulate among friends and family. I'd like to increase the exposure to the pool so we can reduce the entry fee next year. If you have questions, let me know.

So...there allegedly will be baseball the year, which means there will be home runs. That can only mean one thing -- wagering a small amount of cash to try to win exponentially more cash if you can guess the correct combo of players to hit a lot of home runs. With COVID a major factor and a short season, anyone can win.

Very weird season, but the IBC tradition continues. Congrats to Brett Degen for winning this year's pool and also finishing tied for fourth for two payouts. This continues the strong IBC track record of success. Brett placed last year and Jim Berger won in 2018. Jake Levine has previously won, but has never played since because he's afraid of not winning again. Congrats Brett!
