I'll point out that this is going to be a very tricky roster for a new person to manage. The sharks are going to be circling some of the top assets and if history repeats itself we're going to see Forrest Whitleys and Dansby Swansons traded to the most aggressive sharks for deals they claim to think are fair but know aren't good for the new person.
We talked a lot in the winter about protecting new guys if we do away with TRC and I recommend that we ask whoever we're looking at what their plan for this roster is and be candid with them about that concern, if it's shared by anyone beyond me.

I'll lock him out shortly and start taking care of the roster.

Since we're essentially in charge of the Braves now, we have a little cleanup to do with the roster to get it compliant.
The Braves have 7 draft eligible (16/17) guys and 49 total rosterable players. There are a couple easy cuts, in my opinion. They start with Aaron Barrett, who hasn't pitched for three years on any level. And both Deolis Guerra and Will Middlebrooks are bad and project poorly. Owens sucks, but he's still young and the Dodgers are going to try to make him a reliever to salvage his career.
So, I would vote for Guerra, Middlebrooks, Barrett, which would get the team legal plus an extra spot. I don't recall, but I don't think exco typically picks up guys to make a team compliant, but rather just gets the roster numbers in order for the next team.

Honestly I checked to see if Joe Crede was still on his team and was shocked he wasn't

Guerra, Middlebrooks, Barrett are easy cuts ... let's do those.
