2019/beyond pieces

For those turning the page for more of a retool than a reboot, I've got some interesting guys available.

Miguel Cabrera - probably needs an AL Home.
Adam Ottavino - amassed 1.6 fWAR as a reliever in 46 innings. Should sim nicely next year.
Shane Carle - amassed .8 fWAR in 49 innings with a 3.18 FIP. Seems to have carved out a nice role in Atlanta's pen.
David Peralta - amassed 2.4 fWAR so far this year. Mauling righties to the tune of .320 .374 .564 this season.

Willing to be flexible with the guys above. Could go for upgrades for this years team (1B, RF, SS, SP), as well as draft picks and prospects.


Also willing to consider moving Heaney, Muncy and Groome, but including them broadens the scope of the deal and requires me to get some definite help for 2018.
