Brock Osweiler wins the Cleveland starting QB job. Then he beats the Texans in Houston on his way to bringing the Browns a 7 win season.
Consequently, Bill O'Brien, who was always supposed to be a QB/offensive guy, is fired after the season when Houston ownership finally realizes the guy has no clue at all how to develop a QB.
