If you want to do an IBC blog, we can run it through the message board. Basically you would get your own forum in a blog Forum group where only you could start the posts. Eventually I could develop a front end to make it look more like Blogger or what not, but for now it would basically be your private forum where you start posts and others could then comment on them.
If you want one, let me know.

This may just be my wish and no one else's and it may be more trouble than it's worth, but would it be possible in that unread posts link (which I love) on the front page, to exclude the 30 blog posts that seem likely to fill that list each day so that we can identify things of actual interest?
Either that or maybe a "mark as read" option for that page so that I don't have to go through and click on each blog to clear that out?

I'm not sure, I will look into it.
On a side note, if anyone wants to rename their blog, like Bren did, just post what you want. Just try to keep something related to your team in the title.

This has turned out to be one of the three best ideas of the year (the other two being the addition of ads and me retiring as Commish and starting the ExCo).
