Zips this year

Last offseason, we discussed putting Zips players on waivers, or a signing freeze into effect, to give everyone a chance to review before signings - due to the obvious advantage east coasters have.

Any further discussion on this? I think if we are to move forward with this, it should be ironed out.

I'd be in favor of this, it might also gin up some more participation if we have a daily/weekly/whatever effective Zips draft via waivers each day a new thing gets released. Not sure how much work that is for the admin types but it could be fun
