Probably can move one starter between Volquez, Cobb, Hill
Looking to pick up some starting pitching prospects or picks
Have some young MLBers I could discuss: Ruiz, Vargas, Patterson
Markakis/Burns are candidates to move (Burns struggled in 2016, but Markakis had a bit of a rebirth with 13 HR 89 RBI)
