That was definitely the main issue but I would like to go ahead and vote just to be able to put a bow on all of this.If we're moving to 2/1 and only players signed by the start date are eligible, I don't think the additional picks are an issue. That was really only an issue if we were adding picks so that we could hope to snag a foreign player who signs late.
