On behalf of the Steinbrenner family, GM Bornas, and the entire New York Yankees organization it brings us great pleasure to welcome David Ortiz to the pinstripes.
David Ortiz will be a perfect middle of the order presence as we continue the chase for ring #4. There will be no better way for Mr. Ortiz to end his career than in the Bronx taking aim at the short porch in RF. We would also like to thank GM Gillespie as we know it will bring him great joy to see Big Papi hang up his cleats with the greatest team in MLB / IBC history.
