Righty/lefty swap

Looking to bring in a right-handed starting pitcher similar in age and projection to Alex Wood. I actually like Wood and decent amount, but with Sale and Lester and Hill, I'm good on lefty starters. Would prefer another righty.

His ZIPS: 3.74 ERA 3.58 FIP 168.1IP 139 K 49 BB 97 ERA+ 1.9 WAR

Looking for someone similar in age and projection in a swap. Would consider someone slightly worse/slightly older and a prospect or a small upgrade elsewhere. Send some ideas.
