Draftees from professional leagues will have until March 30 to sign in terms of IBC roster eligibility.

The Dodgers and D'Backs play a pair of games in Australia this weekend, but then return to Spring Training. Rosters for MLB teams do not have to be finalized until next week, which is the basis for this decision.
