So we all need to decide whether he's in the draft or not.

Here's the latest announcement we had regarding the draft eligibility rule, and it's about two years and a week old:

We never went through and changed anything after this. Because of this, I don't think it's fair to exclude Tanaka from the draft pool this year. We do need to vote on it now though, and we need to resolve the issue one way or another going forward as to what to do.

I vote to have the 2013 draft fall under our latest announcement.

And I think we will want to vote on 2014 forward this weekend so that we can clarify all of it together.

I think Tanaka falls with under the rule (at least how I understand it) and should be eligible to be drafted.

(Chiming in after it's already been settled) Agree that he should be eligible to be drafted.
