Pitched out of the bullpen on 7/4, has been on IBC DL since 6/17 (placed on MLB DL 6/13). NY's second violation, so that'll be +4 weeks.

not sure how he was active - as I farmed him (or attempted to) and removed him from my rotation weeks ago.
