Transactions

This is a minor thing and may be more trouble than it's worth, but when we click on transactions in our team, we see released players and players traded to our team. The list doesn't include signed players, drafted players or players traded away.
Would it be possible to get this info added?

Should be better, it won't be perfect. The transactions are missing some data (I initially just logged team name instead of the actual user ID, so I wanted to try to fix the data based on team switches at some point, just haven't gotten to it).
