Tonight I'll be taking a red eye to New York where I'll be until Thursday for my brother's graudation. We're going from there to Italy so I'll be pretty much incommunicado from 5/19-6/3 so if you want one of my guys get at me now

I'm going to be off in Rome for the next six week (6/15-7/26) doing some archaeology. On the bright side, I'll have internet access for most of that time (things are looking a bit iffy for the last week or so when I'll be doing some independent travel) but I might not be as quick with responses due to the time difference (and large amounts of red wine).

Going to Tennessee in the morning, be back Wednesday. Hopefully, unlike last year, we actually make it there and don't have an engine blow up halfway there and end the trip

On Wednesday morning I'll be starting my long drive to Dallas and won't be arriving until Saturday, and then who knows how long getting set up and everything will take. Basically don't expect to hear from me for a couple weeks!

Got a conference in Grand Rapids, leave in the morning and won't be back until Thursday night. Supposedly I'm getting a Macbook on Monday, but since I've been told nothing but "register for this conference and find a hotel" I'm not counting on it

I'm going to be traveling from Wednesday until August 4. I'll have my computer but won't necessarily be reliable. Probably a good idea for the TRC alternate to be ready to rock for me during that time.

Not really out of town, but Mr. Tropical Storm soon-to-be Hurricane Isaac is bearing down on Florida and is heading this way. We're set to get hammered with probably up to 90 mph winds and rain for the next several days. Supposing we have power, I'll be around. If not, chat will be off and phone battery won't be wasted on Internet. If you don't hear from me quickly as usual, that's why. If you need me, find me tonight and early tomorrow.

Broke down over the winter and asked my girlfriend to marry me. Big day is this Saturday so don't expect to hear much from me until next week sometime. Hoping for good weather. It's rained like 25 days in a row up here.
