Transaction Freeze

We're going to freeze transactions with the release of the disk until JP can get the rosters integrated into the disk and I can get OOPSS updated. Will try to get unfrozen ASAP.

I presume trade talks can continue and trades can even be sent into for TRC approval ... they simply won't be implemented until the integregation of the disc and IBC data base are completed ... correct?

I would say send them to TRC and if TRC can hold off on voting on them, that would help. We're just looking to avoid players switching teams while we translate the data to each.

Yes, I put all free agents on waivers ending the 19th at 2 PM and they can be claimed on the waivers page starting now.

Please be sure to double check you are claiming a player that is not on a roster as well. Obviously, Yu Darvish is not a free agent but is a duplicate in the system right now because of a projection this year.

So again, double check to make sure.
