Volstad available for highest offered pick

Chris Volstad is available for the highest offered draft pick.

He's still only 24 years old, and in 93 career MLB starts, with a 4.71 ERA and 1.42 WHIP. Obviously, there still time for him to blossom and he does have some significant upside if he can ever figure things out.
