I'd like to upgrade 1B and SS if possible. SS I'm more apt to stay put since I can live with Vizquel's glove. Anyway, I've got the following guys available:

If anybody is interested in a starter to sim alright this year, I'd move Fulchino or Jakubauskas for not a lot - just a bench bat or mid level prospect.
I'd listen on Victorino or Beltran as well, but I'm more likely to wind up hanging onto both of them.

These guys are all available still. I'd listen on Polanco as well and he should rate at 2B/3B both next year. I'd also listen to offers on Victorino, but I'm perfectly fine keeping him as insurance for Beltran. My first and second round picks are available as well.
