Eric Stults-S-Dodgers Mar. 30 - 12:35 pm et
Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times reports that left-hander Eric Stults has been sold to the Hiroshima Carp in Japan.
The Dodgers were known to be shopping Stults, so it's not a major surprise. The left-hander posted a 4.86 ERA in 10 starts with the Dodgers last year and went 5-4 with a 4.79 ERA in 13 starts at Triple-A Albuquerque. He allowed four runs -- three earned -- in 5 1/3 innings this spring.

2010 Players signed (or apparently) to play overseas
I hate to be this guy, but I saw on MLBTR that Duanel Jones just signed with the Padres after the Giants voided his contract for PED test. Do we consider Jones a 9 and Brandon can keep him or does that make him a 10? Unclear on the rule.

Considering that Wagner Mateo's voided contract meant that I didn't get to keep him, I think that we've set a precedent a player like this is a 2010 sign.Athletics wrote:I hate to be this guy, but I saw on MLBTR that Duanel Jones just signed with the Padres after the Giants voided his contract for PED test.
