Seth informed me last night that he no longer has time for the IBC as he had told me all winter he thought would be the case. His new job at ESPN has taken up most of his time and he doesn't feel it's fair to essentially put no effort into his team. Oddly as we've said in other threads about using the IBC on resumes (jokingly or not), Seth told me that the IBC helped him land his job at ESPN, since he was forced to learn about prospects and more analytical statistics being in the league.
Seth had been with us since 2007 and made the playoffs once in one of the most miraculous playoff runs that we've had, so it was a pretty good ride for him.
That said, we will start looking for a new GM asap and until then I'll be doing the roster/lineup for the team. If anybody has any recommendations for the vacancy, let me or somebody else in ExCo know.
